Proposed business centre development, Buntsford Gate, Bromsgrove
A detailed air quality assessment was undertaken based on the potential impacts of a proposed business centre development located at Buntsford Gate in Bromsgrove. The detailed air quality assessment focused on the potential impacts on local traffic emissions once the development has been completed. This was undertaken by assessing the potential impact of increased traffic emissions due to the development at existing receptors located adjacent to the modelled road network. Mitigation of these impacts were discussed in relation to the "Black Country Air Quality Planning Guidance".
