The Council requested that an assessment be submitted that determined the financial costs (damage costs) associated with mitigating the air quality impacts of the proposed development. The damage cost calculations were undertaken in accordance with the West Midlands "Good Practice Air Quality Planning Guidance" and appropriate mitigation measures were proposed.
