An air quality mitigation statement was produced in relation to the operational phase of a proposed residential development in Chatham, Kent. The statement was produced in accordance with the "Medway Air Quality Planning Guidance" and focused on the damage costs associated with the proposed development. These costs were then discussed in relation to proposed mitigation measures to be implemented across the proposed development in order to reduce the impact on local air quality.
